New International Version

3     he refreshes my soul.(A)
He guides me(B) along the right paths(C)
    for his name’s sake.(D)
4 Even though I walk
    through the darkest valley,[a](E)
I will fear no evil,(F)
    for you are with me;(G)
your rod and your staff,
    they comfort me.

5 You prepare a table(H) before me
    in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;(I)
    my cup(J) overflows.
6 Surely your goodness and love(K) will follow me
    all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
    forever.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
