Psalm 33:15-17

New International Version

¹⁵ he who forms^(A) the hearts of all,
    who considers everything they do.^(B)

¹⁶ No king is saved by the size of his army;^(C)
    no warrior escapes by his great strength.
¹⁷ A horse^(D) is a vain hope for deliverance;
    despite all its great strength it cannot save.
