And His ears are open to their cry for help.

16 The (B)face of Yahweh is against evildoers,
To (C)cut off the memory of them from the earth.

17 The righteous (D)cry, and Yahweh hears
And delivers them out of all their troubles.

New International Version

15 The eyes of the Lord(A) are on the righteous,(B)
    and his ears are attentive(C) to their cry;
16 but the face of the Lord is against(D) those who do evil,(E)
    to blot out their name(F) from the earth.

17 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears(G) them;
    he delivers them from all their troubles.
