3 The (A)words of his mouth are wickedness and deceit;
He has (B)ceased to consider to do good.
4 He (C)devises wickedness upon his bed;
He sets himself on a (D)path that is not good;
He (E)does not despise evil.

5 Your (F)lovingkindness, O Yahweh, is in the heavens,
Your faithfulness reaches to the skies.

4 Even on their beds they plot evil;(E)
    they commit themselves to a sinful course(F)
    and do not reject what is wrong.(G)

5 Your love, Lord, reaches to the heavens,
    your faithfulness(H) to the skies.(I)
