² For they will soon ^(A)fade like ^(B)the grass
    and wither ^(C)like the green herb.

^9 (A)For the evildoers shall be cut off,
    but those who wait for the Lord shall ^(B)inherit the land.

¹⁰ You ^(A)will destroy their ^(B)descendants from the earth,
    and their offspring from among the children of man.

²² but the wicked will be ^(A)cut off from the land,
    and the treacherous will be ^(B)rooted out of it.
