^39 (A)The salvation of the righteous is from the Lord;
    he is their stronghold in ^(B)the time of trouble.

⁷ On God rests my ^(A)salvation and my glory;
    my mighty rock, ^(B)my refuge is God.

^11 (A)I, I am the Lord,
    and besides me there is no saviour.

^21 (A)Declare and present your case;
    let them take counsel together!
Who told this long ago?
    Who declared it of old?
Was it not I, the Lord?
    And there is no other god besides me,
a righteous God ^(B)and a Saviour;
    there is none besides me.

²³ Truly ^(A)the hills are a delusion,
    the orgies^[a] on the mountains.
^(B)Truly in the Lord our God
    is the salvation of Israel.

⁴ But ^(A)I am the Lord your God
    from the land of Egypt;
^(B)you know no God but me,
    and ^(C)besides me there is no saviour.

^9 (A)But I with the voice of thanksgiving
    will sacrifice to you;
what I have vowed I will pay.
    ^(B)Salvation belongs to the Lord!”
