6 And [a]when he comes to see me, he (A)speaks [b]falsehood;
His heart gathers wickedness to itself;
When he goes outside, he tells it.
7 All who hate me whisper together against me;
Against me they (B)devise my hurt, saying,
8 “A wicked thing is poured out [c]upon him,
That when he lies down, he will (C)not rise up again.”

7 All my enemies whisper together(D) against me;
    they imagine the worst for me, saying,
8 “A vile disease has afflicted him;
    he will never get up(E) from the place where he lies.”
