Psalm 44:12-14
New English Translation

12 You sold[a] your people for a pittance;[b]
you did not ask a high price for them.[c]
13 You made us[d] an object of disdain to our neighbors;
those who live on our borders taunt and insult us.[e]
14 You made us[f] an object of ridicule[g] among the nations;
foreigners treat us with contempt.[h]

    the peoples shake their heads(G) at us.
