⁴There is a river^(A) whose streams^(B) make glad the city of God,^(C)
the holy place where the Most High^(D) dwells.^(E)

⁸Just as we have heard, so have we seen
In the city of the Lord of armies, in the city of our God;
God will ^(A)establish her forever. Selah

⁸As we have heard,
    so we have seen
in the city of the Lord Almighty,
    in the city of our God:
God makes her secure
