⁶those who trust in their wealth^(A)
and boast^(B) of their great riches?^(C)

Psalm 49:6

King James Version

⁶They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;

²⁸Those who trust in their riches will fall,^(A)
but the righteous will thrive like a green leaf.^(B)

²⁸He that trusteth in his riches shall fall; but the righteous shall flourish as a branch.

²³Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, “How hard it is for the rich^(A) to enter the kingdom of God!”

²³And Jesus looked round about, and saith unto his disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God!
