⁷ For he has delivered me from every trouble,
    and my eye has looked in triumph on my enemies.^(A)

¹⁰ My God in his steadfast love will meet me;
    my God will let me look in triumph on my enemies.^(A)

²⁰ But you, O Lord of hosts, who judge righteously,
    who try the heart and the mind,
let me see your retribution upon them,
    for to you I have committed my cause.^(A)

¹⁰ I the Lord test the mind
    and search the heart,
to give to all according to their ways,
    according to the fruit of their doings.^(A)
