58 Do you indeed ^[c]speak righteousness, O ^[d]gods?
Do you ^(A)judge ^[e]uprightly, O sons of men?
² No, in heart you ^(B)work unrighteousness;
On earth you ^(C)weigh out the violence of your hands.

¹²⁶ It is time for the Lord to ^(A)act,
For they have broken Your law.

¹² For our ^(A)transgressions are multiplied before You,
And our ^(B)sins ^[a]testify against us;
For our transgressions are with us,
And ^[b]we know our iniquities:
¹³ Transgressing and ^(C)denying the Lord,
And turning away from our God,
Speaking ^(D)oppression and revolt,
Conceiving in and ^(E)uttering from the heart lying words.
^14 (F)Justice is turned back,
And ^(G)righteousness stands far away;
For truth has stumbled in the street,
And uprightness cannot enter.
