¹⁰My faithful God^[a] will come to meet me;
God will let me look down on my adversaries.^(A)

¹⁰ my God on whom I can rely.

God will go before me
and will let me gloat over those who slander me.

¹¹My eyes look down on my enemies;
my ears hear evildoers when they attack me.^(A)
