Psalm 68:16-18
New American Standard Bible
16 Why do you look with envy, you mountains of many peaks,
At the mountain God has (A)desired as His dwelling?
Indeed, (B)the Lord will dwell there forever.
17 The (C)chariots of God are [a]myriads, (D)thousands upon thousands;
[b]The Lord is among them as at Sinai, in holiness.
18 You have (E)ascended on high, You have (F)led captive Your captives;
You have received gifts among people,
Even among the rebellious as well, that [c]the Lord God may dwell there.

16 why gaze in envy, you rugged mountain,
at the mountain where God chooses(A) to reign,
where the Lord himself will dwell forever?(B)
17 The chariots(C) of God are tens of thousands
and thousands of thousands;(D)
the Lord has come from Sinai into his sanctuary.[a]
18 When you ascended(E) on high,(F)
you took many captives;(G)
you received gifts from people,(H)
even from[b] the rebellious(I)—
that you,[c] Lord God, might dwell there.
