⁹ for zeal for your house consumes me,^(A)
    and the insults of those who insult you fall on me.^(B)

⁵⁰ Remember, Lord, how your servant has^[a] been mocked,^(A)
    how I bear in my heart the taunts of all the nations,
⁵¹ the taunts with which your enemies, Lord, have mocked,
    with which they have mocked every step of your anointed one.^(B)

⁷ “Hear me, you who know what is right,^(A)
    you people who have taken my instruction to heart:^(B)
Do not fear the reproach of mere mortals
    or be terrified by their insults.^(C)

⁴ “Do not be afraid;^(A) you will not be put to shame.^(B)
    Do not fear disgrace;^(C) you will not be humiliated.
You will forget the shame of your youth^(D)
    and remember no more the reproach^(E) of your widowhood.^(F)
