¹³He has prepared his deadly weapons;
he makes ready his flaming arrows.^(A)

¹³He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.

⁴^(A)Sharp arrows of the warrior,
With the burning ^(B)coals of the broom tree!

⁴He will punish you with a warrior’s sharp arrows,^(A)
with burning coals of the broom bush.

⁴Sharp arrows of the mighty, with coals of juniper.
