Psalm 78:26-28

Good News Translation

²⁶He also caused the east wind to blow,
    and by his power he stirred up the south wind;
²⁷and to his people he sent down birds,
    as many as the grains of sand on the shore;
²⁸they fell in the middle of the camp
    all around the tents.

²⁶He let loose the east wind^(A) from the heavens
    and by his power made the south wind blow.
²⁷He rained meat down on them like dust,
    birds^(B) like sand on the seashore.
²⁸He made them come down inside their camp,
    all around their tents.

²⁷He rained flesh also upon them as dust, and feathered fowls like as the sand of the sea:
