Psalm 78:5

⁵He established a testimony in Jacob
and set up a law in Israel,
which He commanded our fathers
to teach to their children^(A)

Psalm 78:5

New International Version

⁵He decreed statutes^(A) for Jacob^(B)
and established the law in Israel,
which he commanded our ancestors
to teach their children,

⁴where the tribes, Yahweh’s tribes, go up
to give thanks to the name of Yahweh.^(A)
(This is an ordinance for Israel.^(B))

⁴That is where the tribes go up—
the tribes of the Lord—
to praise the name of the Lord
according to the statute given to Israel.
