50 He [a]made a path for his anger;
He spared not their soul from death,
But gave [b]their life over to the pestilence,
51 And smote all the first-born in Egypt,
The [c]chief of their strength in the tents of Ham.
52 But he led forth his own people like sheep,
And guided them in the wilderness like a flock.
