¹⁸ Then we shall not turn back from you;
    ^(A)give us life, and we will call upon your name!

    that your people may ^(B)rejoice in you?

    ^(B)give me life ^(C)according to your word!

^7 (A)Though I walk in the midst of trouble,
    you ^(B)preserve my life;
you ^(C)stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies,
    and your ^(D)right hand delivers me.

^11 (A)For your name's sake, O Lord, ^(B)preserve my life!
    In your righteousness ^(C)bring my soul out of trouble!

² After two days ^(A)he will revive us;
    on the third day he will raise us up,
    that we may live before him.
