⁷⁽⁶⁾Won’t you revive us again,
so your people can rejoice in you?
⁸⁽⁷⁾Show us your grace, Adonai;
grant us your salvation.

⁹⁽⁸⁾I am listening. What will God, Adonai, say?
For he will speak peace to his people,
to his holy ones —
but only if they don’t relapse into folly.

⁷Show us your unfailing love,^(A) Lord,
and grant us your salvation.^(B)

⁸I will listen to what God the Lord says;
    he promises peace^(C) to his people, his faithful servants—
    but let them not turn to folly.^(D)
⁹Surely his salvation^(E) is near those who fear him,
    that his glory^(F) may dwell in our land.
