¹³     before the Lord, for he comes,
    for he comes ^(A)to judge the earth.
He will judge the world in righteousness,
    and the peoples in his faithfulness.

He will judge the world with righteousness,
    and the peoples with equity.

⁶ He will ^(A)execute judgement among the nations,
    ^(B)filling them with corpses;
he will ^(C)shatter chiefs^[a]
    over the wide earth.

⁴ He shall judge between the nations,
    and shall decide disputes for many peoples;
^(A)and they shall beat their swords into ploughshares,
    and their spears into pruning-hooks;
^(B)nation shall not lift up sword against nation,
    neither shall they learn war any more.
