    ^(B)who made heaven and earth!

⁵ Thus says God, the Lord,
    who created the heavens ^(A)and stretched them out,
    who spread out the earth and what comes from it,
^(B)who gives breath to the people on it
    and spirit to those who walk in it:

²⁴ Thus says the Lord, ^(A)your Redeemer,
    ^(B)who formed you from the womb:
^(C)“I am the Lord, who made all things,
    ^(D)who alone stretched out the heavens,
    who spread out the earth by myself,

^12 (C)It is he who ^(D)made the earth by his power,
    ^(E)who established the world by his wisdom,
    and ^(F)by his understanding stretched out the heavens.
