⁷ O Israel, ^(A)hope in the Lord!
    For ^(B)with the Lord there is steadfast love,
    and with him is plentiful redemption.

⁷ let the wicked forsake his way,
    and the unrighteous man his thoughts;
let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him,
    and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

⁵ For you, O Lord, are good and ^(A)forgiving,
    ^(B)abounding in steadfast love to all who call upon you.

¹⁵ But you, O Lord, are a God ^(A)merciful and gracious,
    slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love and faithfulness.
