    my mighty rock, ^(B)my refuge is God.

    and besides me there is no savior.

    let them take counsel together!
Who told this long ago?
    Who declared it of old?
Was it not I, the Lord?
    And there is no other god besides me,
a righteous God ^(B)and a Savior;
    there is none besides me.

²³ Truly ^(A)the hills are a delusion,
    the orgies^[a] on the mountains.
^(B)Truly in the Lord our God
    is the salvation of Israel.

^9 (A)But I with the voice of thanksgiving
    will sacrifice to you;
what I have vowed I will pay.
    ^(B)Salvation belongs to the Lord!”
