Psalm 91:3-9

New American Standard Bible

³For it is He who rescues you from the ^(A)net of the trapper
And from the deadly ^(B)plague.
⁴He will ^(C)cover you with His pinions,
And ^(D)under His wings you may take refuge;
His ^(E)faithfulness is a ^(F)shield and wall.

⁵You ^(G)will not be afraid of the ^(H)terror by night,
Or of the ^(I)arrow that flies by day;
⁶Of the ^(J)plague that ^[a]stalks in darkness,
Or of the ^(K)destruction that devastates at noon.
⁷A thousand may fall at your side
And ten thousand at your right hand,
But ^(L)it shall not approach you.
⁸You will only look on with your eyes
And ^(M)see the retaliation against the wicked.
⁹^[b]For you have made the Lord, ^(N)my refuge,
The Most High, ^(O)your dwelling place.
