¹⁶ “^(A)I, Jesus, have sent ^(B)My angel to testify to you of these things ^[a](C)for the churches. I am ^(D)the root and the ^(E)descendant of David, the bright ^(F)morning star.”

¹⁹ And so we have ^(A)the prophetic word made more ^(B)sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to ^(C)a lamp shining in a dark place, until the ^(D)day dawns and the ^(E)morning star arises ^(F)in your hearts.

^27 (A)For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes as far as the west, so will the ^(B)coming of the ^(C)Son of Man ^[a]be.

^26 (A)The one who overcomes, and the one who keeps My deeds ^(B)until the end, ^(C)I will give him authority over the ^[a]nations; ²⁷ and he shall ^[b](D)rule them with a rod of iron, ^(E)as the vessels of the potter are shattered, as I also have received authority from My Father; ²⁸ and I will give him ^(F)the morning star.
