⁹ But he said to me, “Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you, your brothers the prophets, and those who keep the words of this book. Worship God!” ^(A)

¹⁰ Then he said to me, “Don’t seal up the words of the prophecy of this book, because the time is near.^(B)

¹⁶ “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to attest these things to you for the churches. I am the Root^(A) and descendant of David,^(B) the bright morning star.”^(C)

²⁸ just as I have received this from my Father. I will also give him the morning star.^(A)

⁷ but in the days when the seventh angel^(A) will blow his trumpet, then the mystery of God^(B) will be completed, as he announced to his servants the prophets.”^(C)

⁴⁵ Then he opened their minds^(A) to understand^(B) the Scriptures.

² and he held a little scroll opened in his hand. He put his right foot on the sea, his left on the land,

4 After this I looked, and there in heaven was an open door. The first voice that I had heard speaking to me like a trumpet^(A) said, “Come up here,^(B) and I will show you what must take place after this.”^(C)

¹⁰ As soon as he came up out of the water, he saw the heavens^(A) being torn open and the Spirit descending on him like a dove.

³ In him are hidden all the treasures of wisdom^(A) and knowledge.^(B)
