3 And I will give authority to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for one-thousand two-hundred sixty days, having been clothed-with[a] sackcloth. 4 These are the two olive-trees and the two lampstands standing in the presence of the Lord of the earth. 5 And if anyone is intending[b] to harm them, fire comes-out of their mouth and devours their enemies. Indeed, if anyone should intend to harm them, in this manner he must be killed.

New International Version
3 And I will appoint my two witnesses,(A) and they will prophesy for 1,260 days,(B) clothed in sackcloth.”(C) 4 They are “the two olive trees”(D) and the two lampstands, and “they stand before the Lord of the earth.”[a](E) 5 If anyone tries to harm them, fire comes from their mouths and devours their enemies.(F) This is how anyone who wants to harm them must die.(G)
