6 These have the power to shut up the sky, that it may not rain during the days of their prophecy. They have power over the waters, to turn them into blood, and to strike the earth with every plague, as often as they desire. 7 When they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, and overcome them, and kill them. 8 Their dead bodies will be in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified.

6 They have power to shut up the heavens(A) so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying;(B) and they have power to turn the waters into blood(C) and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.
7 Now when they have finished their testimony, the beast(D) that comes up from the Abyss(E) will attack them,(F) and overpower and kill them. 8 Their bodies will lie in the public square of the great city(G)—which is figuratively called Sodom(H) and Egypt—where also their Lord was crucified.(I)
