¹⁷ “Let anyone who has ears to hear listen to what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers, I will give some of the hidden manna.^[a](A) I will also give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name^(B) is inscribed that no one knows except the one who receives it.

³ “Don’t harm the earth or the sea or the trees^(A) until we seal the servants of our God on their foreheads.”^(B)

The Lamb and the 144,000

14 Then I looked, and there was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion,^(A) and with him were 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads.^(B)

⁴ They will see his face,^(A) and his name will be on their foreheads.^(B)
