8 (A)As he did so, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each had a harp and gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of God's people. 9 (B)They sang a new song:
“You are worthy to take the scroll
and to break open its seals.
For you were killed, and by your sacrificial death you bought for God
people from every tribe, language, nation, and race.
10 (C)You have made them a kingdom of priests to serve our God,
and they shall rule on earth.”

8 And when he had taken it, the four living creatures(A) and the twenty-four elders(B) fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp(C) and they were holding golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers(D) of God’s people. 9 And they sang a new song, saying:(E)
“You are worthy(F) to take the scroll
and to open its seals,
because you were slain,
and with your blood(G) you purchased(H) for God
persons from every tribe and language and people and nation.(I)
10 You have made them to be a kingdom and priests(J) to serve our God,
and they will reign[a] on the earth.”(K)
