5 When the Lamb opened the third lock, I heard the third living being call, `Come!' I looked and saw a black horse. The man who rode on it had scales in his hand to weigh things.
6 I heard a voice among the four living beings. It said, `Four cups of wheat for bread will sell for a day's wages. Twelve cups of barley will sell for a day's wages. But do not destroy the oil and the wine.'
7 When the Lamb opened the fourth lock, I heard the fourth living being call, `Come!'

5 When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature(A) say, “Come!” I looked, and there before me was a black horse!(B) Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. 6 Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures,(C) saying, “Two pounds[a] of wheat for a day’s wages,[b] and six pounds[c] of barley for a day’s wages,[d](D) and do not damage(E) the oil and the wine!”
7 When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature(F) say, “Come!”
