2 I saw another angel ascending from the rising of the sun, having the seal of the living God, and he called with a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to damage earth and sea, 3 saying, ‘Do not damage the earth or the sea or the trees, until we have marked the servants[a] of our God with a seal on their foreheads.’
4 And I heard the number of those who were sealed, one hundred and forty-four thousand, sealed out of every tribe of the people of Israel:

2 Then I saw another angel coming up from the east, having the seal(A) of the living God.(B) He called out in a loud voice to the four angels who had been given power to harm the land and the sea:(C) 3 “Do not harm(D) the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads(E) of the servants of our God.” 4 Then I heard the number(F) of those who were sealed: 144,000(G) from all the tribes of Israel.

2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
