The Voice
2 Then I saw seven heavenly messengers, the ones who stand before God, receive seven trumpets.
3 An eighth messenger came and stood before the altar carrying a golden censer. He received a large portion of incense to complement the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar that sits in front of the throne. 4 From the hand of the eighth messenger, the smoke of the incense mixed with the prayers of God’s people and billowed up before God.

New International Version
2 And I saw the seven angels(A) who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them.(B)
3 Another angel,(C) who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all God’s people,(D) on the golden altar(E) in front of the throne. 4 The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of God’s people, went up before God(F) from the angel’s hand.
