he also will drink of the (A)wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed [a]in full strength (B)in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with (C)fire and [b]brimstone in the presence of the (D)holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 11 And the (E)smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; (F)they have no rest day and night, those who (G)worship the beast and his (H)image, and [c]whoever receives the (I)mark of his name.” 12 Here is (J)the [d]perseverance of the [e]saints who (K)keep the commandments of God and [f](L)their faith in Jesus.

And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, “Write: ‘(M)Blessed are the dead who (N)die in the Lord from now on!’” “Yes,” (O)says the Spirit, “so that they may (P)rest from their labors, for their (Q)deeds follow with them.”

The Harvest

Then I looked, and behold, a (R)white cloud, and sitting on the cloud was one (S)like [g]a son of man, with a golden (T)crown on His head and a sharp sickle in His hand. 15 And another angel (U)came out of the [h]temple, calling out with a loud voice to Him who sat on the cloud, “[i](V)Put in your sickle and reap, for the hour to reap has come, because the (W)harvest of the earth [j]is ripe.” 16 Then He who sat on the cloud [k]swung His sickle over the earth, and the earth was reaped.

And another angel (X)came out of the [l]temple which is in heaven, and he also had a sharp sickle. 18 Then another angel, (Y)the one who has power over fire, came out from (Z)the altar; and he called with a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, saying, “[m](AA)Put in your sharp sickle and gather the clusters [n]from the vine of the earth, (AB)because her grapes are ripe.” 19 So the angel [o]swung his sickle to the earth and gathered the clusters from the vine of the earth, and threw them into (AC)the great wine press of the wrath of God. 20 And (AD)the wine press was trampled (AE)outside the city, and (AF)blood came out from the wine press, up to the horses’ bridles, [p]for a distance of [q]1,600 stadia.
