A Scene of Heaven

15 Then I saw ^(A)another sign in heaven, great and marvelous, ^(B)seven angels who had ^(C)seven plagues, which are ^(D)the last, because in them the wrath of God is finished.

⁵ After these things I looked, and ^(A)the ^[a]temple of the ^(B)tabernacle of testimony in heaven was opened, ⁶ and the ^(C)seven angels who had the seven plagues ^(D)came out of the ^[b]temple, clothed in ^[c]linen, clean and bright, and ^(E)their chests wrapped with golden sashes. ⁷ And one of the ^(F)four living creatures gave the ^(G)seven angels seven ^(H)golden bowls full of the ^(I)wrath of God, who ^(J)lives forever and ever. ⁸ And the ^[d]temple was filled with ^(K)smoke from the glory of God and from His power; and no one was able to enter the ^[e]temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were finished.

The Bowls of Wrath

16 Then I heard a loud voice from ^(A)the ^[a]temple, saying to the ^(B)seven angels, “Go and ^(C)pour out on the earth the seven bowls of the wrath of God.”
