²⁴For ^(A)in hope we have been saved, but ^(B)hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees?

²⁴For in this hope we were saved [by faith]. But hope [the object of] which is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he already sees?

²⁴For in this hope we were saved.^(A) But hope that is seen is no hope at all.^(B) Who hopes for what they already have?

²⁴For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?
