¹⁰ Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.^(A)

² and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us^(A) and gave himself up for us^(B) as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.^(C)

³ But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality,^(D) or of any kind of impurity, or of greed,^(E) because these are improper for God’s holy people. ⁴ Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk^(F) or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving.^{(G) 5} For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person—such a person is an idolater^(H)—has any inheritance^(I) in the kingdom of Christ and of God.^{[a](J) 6} Let no one deceive you^(K) with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath^(L) comes on those who are disobedient.^{(M) 7} Therefore do not be partners with them.

¹⁴ For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”^[a](A)

²² But the fruit^(A) of the Spirit is love,^(B) joy, peace,^(C) forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, ²³ gentleness and self-control.^(D) Against such things there is no law.^(E)

⁸ If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,”^[a](A) you are doing right.
