Romans 10:19-21
New King James Version
19 But I say, did Israel not know? First Moses says:
(A)“I will provoke you to jealousy by those who are not a nation,
I will move you to anger by a (B)foolish nation.”
20 But Isaiah is very bold and says:
(C)“I was found by those who did not seek Me;
I was made manifest to those who did not ask for Me.”
21 But to Israel he says:
(D)“All day long I have stretched out My hands
To a disobedient and contrary people.”

19 But I say, did Israel fail to understand [that the gospel was to go also to the Gentiles]? First Moses says,
“I will make you jealous of those who are not a nation (Gentiles);
With a nation that lacks understanding I will make you angry.”(A)
20 Then Isaiah is very bold and says,
“I have been found by those who did not seek Me;
I have shown Myself to those who did not [consciously] ask for Me.”(B)
21 But of Israel he says, “All day long I have stretched out My hands [in compassion] to a disobedient and obstinate people.”(C)
