Romans 10:3-5

3 They did not know the way that God makes people right with him. And they tried to make themselves right in their own way. So they did not accept God’s way of making people right. 4 Christ ended the law, so that everyone who believes in him may be right with God.
5 Moses writes about being made right by following the law. He says, “A person who does these things will have life forever because of them.”[a]

3 Since they did not know the righteousness of God and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.(A) 4 Christ is the culmination of the law(B) so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.(C)
5 Moses writes this about the righteousness that is by the law: “The person who does these things will live by them.”[a](D)
