One believes that he may eat all things; another, who is weak, eats vegetables. Let not him who eats look down on him who does not. And let not him who abstains judge one who eats, for God has received him. Who are you, to judge another man’s servant? Whether he stands or falls pertains to his master; yea, he will stand, because God is able to make him stand.

One person’s faith allows them to eat anything, but another, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables.(A) The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt(B) the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge(C) the one who does, for God has accepted them. Who are you to judge someone else’s servant?(D) To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand.
