Romans 15:21-23

²¹but as it is written, “To whom He was not spoken of, they shall see Him. And those who did not hear, shall understand.”

²²For this reason, also, I have often been hindered in coming to you.

²³But now, seeing I no longer have a place in these regions, and have longed to come to you for many years,

“Those who were not told about him will see,
