27 And shall not that which by nature is uncircumcision, if it fulfill the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision art a transgressor of the law?
28 For it is not he is a Jew, who is so outwardly; nor is that circumcision which is outwardly in the flesh:
29 But he is a Jew, that is one inwardly; and the circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

New International Version
27 The one who is not circumcised physically and yet obeys the law will condemn you(A) who, even though you have the[a] written code and circumcision, are a lawbreaker.
28 A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly,(B) nor is circumcision merely outward and physical.(C) 29 No, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart,(D) by the Spirit,(E) not by the written code.(F) Such a person’s praise is not from other people, but from God.(G)
