Romans 2:27-29
International Standard Version
27 The man who is uncircumcised physically but who keeps the Law will condemn you who break the Law, even though you have the written Law[a] and circumcision. 28 For a person is not a Jew because of his appearance, nor is circumcision something just external and physical. 29 No, a person is a Jew inwardly, and circumcision is a matter of the heart, brought about by the Spirit, not by a written law.[b] That person’s praise will come from God, not from people.

Romans 2:27-29
New International Version
27 The one who is not circumcised physically and yet obeys the law will condemn you(A) who, even though you have the[a] written code and circumcision, are a lawbreaker.
28 A person is not a Jew who is one only outwardly,(B) nor is circumcision merely outward and physical.(C) 29 No, a person is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is circumcision of the heart,(D) by the Spirit,(E) not by the written code.(F) Such a person’s praise is not from other people, but from God.(G)
