¹³ For ^(A)the promise to Abraham or to his seed ^(B)that he would be heir of the world was not ^[a]through the Law, but through the righteousness of faith.

¹⁶ For this reason it is ^[a]by faith, in order that it may be according to ^(A)grace, so that the promise will be guaranteed to ^(B)all the seed, not only to ^[b]those who are of the Law, but also to ^[c](C)those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is ^(D)the father of us all—

²⁹ And if ^(A)you ^[a]belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s ^[b]seed, heirs according to ^(B)promise.

²⁸ And you brothers, ^(A)in accordance with Isaac, are ^(B)children of promise.

¹¹ By faith even ^(A)Sarah herself ^[a]received ^[b]ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she regarded Him ^(B)faithful who had promised.
