¹¹ But if the Spirit of ^(A)Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, ^(B)He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies ^[a]through His Spirit who dwells in you.

²³ Not only that, but we also who have ^(A)the firstfruits of the Spirit, ^(B)even we ourselves groan ^(C)within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the ^(D)redemption of our body.

^19 (A)whose end is destruction, ^(B)whose god is their belly, and ^(C)whose glory is in their shame—^(D)who set their mind on earthly things. ²⁰ For ^(E)our citizenship is in heaven, ^(F)from which we also ^(G)eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, ^21 (H)who will transform our lowly body that it may be ^(I)conformed to His glorious body, ^(J)according to the working by which He is able even to ^(K)subdue all things to Himself.

A Heavenly Inheritance

^3 (A)Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who ^(B)according to His abundant mercy ^(C)has begotten us again to a living hope ^(D)through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, ⁴ to an inheritance ^[a]incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, ^(E)reserved in heaven for you,
