¹⁹ For the ^(A)anxious longing of the creation eagerly waits for ^(B)the revealing of the ^(C)sons of God.

^23 (A)And not only this, but also we ourselves, having ^(B)the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves ^(C)groan within ourselves, ^(D)eagerly waiting for our adoption as sons, ^(E)the redemption of our body. ²⁴ For ^(F)in hope we were saved, but ^(G)hope that is seen is not hope, for who hopes for what he already sees? ²⁵ But ^(H)if we hope for what we do not see, with perseverance we eagerly wait for it.

²⁶ And in the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness, for ^(I)we do not know how to pray as we should, but ^(J)the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words; ²⁷ and ^(K)He who searches the hearts knows what ^(L)the mind of the Spirit is, because He ^(M)intercedes for the ^[a]saints according to the will of God.

²⁸ And we know that for those who love God ^[b](N)all things work together for good, for those who are ^(O)called according to His purpose. ²⁹ Because those whom He ^(P)foreknew, He also ^(Q)predestined to become ^(R)conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the ^(S)firstborn among many brothers; ³⁰ and those whom He ^(T)predestined, He also ^(U)called; and those whom He called, He also ^(V)justified; and those whom He justified, He also ^(W)glorified.

God Is for Us

^31 (X)What then shall we say to these things? ^(Y)If God is for us, who is against us? ³² He who indeed ^(Z)did not spare His own Son, but ^(AA)delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him graciously give us all things? ³³ Who will bring a charge against ^(AB)God’s elect? ^(AC)God is the one who justifies; ³⁴ who is the one who ^(AD)condemns? Christ Jesus is He who ^(AE)died, yes, rather who was ^[c](AF)raised, who is ^(AG)at the right hand of God, who also ^(AH)intercedes for us. ³⁵ Who will separate us from ^(AI)the love of ^[d]Christ? Will ^(AJ)affliction, or turmoil, or ^(AK)persecution, or ^(AL)famine, or ^(AM)nakedness, or ^(AN)peril, or sword? ³⁶ Just as it is written,

³⁷ But in all these things we overwhelmingly ^(AP)conquer through ^(AQ)Him who loved us. ³⁸ For I am convinced that neither ^(AR)death, nor life, nor ^(AS)angels, nor rulers, nor ^(AT)things present, nor things to come, nor powers, ³⁹ nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from ^(AU)the love of God, which is ^(AV)in Christ Jesus our Lord.
