²⁴ on us, the ones He also called,^(A) not only from the Jews but also from the Gentiles?^(B)

²⁹ since God’s gracious gifts and calling^(A) are irrevocable.^[a](B)

⁹ God is faithful;^(A) you were called by Him^(B) into fellowship with His Son,^(C) Jesus Christ our Lord.

No Other Gospel

⁶ I am amazed that you are so quickly turning away from Him who called^(A) you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel—

¹⁵ But when God, who from my birth set me apart and called^(A) me by His grace, was pleased

⁸ This persuasion did not come from the One who called you.^(A)

¹¹ We have also received an inheritance^[a] in Him, predestined^(A) according to the purpose of the One who works out everything in agreement with the decision of His will,

¹¹ This is according to His eternal purpose^(A) accomplished in the Messiah, Jesus our Lord.

¹⁴ He called you to this through our gospel, so that you might obtain the glory^(A) of our Lord Jesus Christ.

¹⁵ Therefore, He is the mediator^(A) of a new covenant,^[a](B) so that those who are called might receive the promise^(C) of the eternal inheritance, because a death has taken place for redemption from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.^(D)
