Bíbélì Mímọ́ Yorùbá Òde Òn

Fún adarí orin. Fún ohun èlò orin olókùn. Gẹ́gẹ́ bí ti ṣeminiti. Saamu ti Dafidi.

6 Olúwa, má ṣe bá mi wí nínú ìbínú rẹ
    kí ìwọ má ṣe nà mí nínú gbígbóná ìrunú rẹ
2 Ṣàánú fún mi, Olúwa, nítorí èmi ń kú lọ;
    Olúwa, wò mí sán, nítorí egungun mi wà nínú ìnira.
3 Ọkàn mi wà nínú ìrora.
    Yóò ti pẹ́ tó, Olúwa, yóò ti pẹ́ tó?

4 Yípadà, Olúwa, kí o sì gbà mí;
    gbà mí là nípa ìfẹ́ rẹ tí kì í ṣákì í.
5 Ẹnikẹ́ni kò ni rántí rẹ nígbà tí ó bá kú.
    Ta ni yóò yìn ọ́ láti inú isà òkú?

6 Agara ìkérora mi dá mi tán.

Gbogbo òru ni mo wẹ ibùsùn mi pẹ̀lú ẹkún,
    mo sì fi omi rin ibùsùn mi pẹ̀lú omijé.
7 Ojú mi di aláìlera pẹ̀lú ìbànújẹ́;
    wọ́n kùnà nítorí gbogbo ọ̀tá mi.

8 (A)Kúrò lọ́dọ̀ mi, gbogbo ẹ̀yin tí ń ṣe iṣẹ́ ibi,
    nítorí Olúwa ti gbọ́ igbe mi.
9 Olúwa ti gbọ́ ẹkún mi fún àánú;
    Olúwa ti gba àdúrà mi.
10 Gbogbo àwọn ọ̀tá mi lójú yóò tì, wọn yóò sì dààmú;
    wọn yóò sì yípadà nínú ìtìjú àìròtẹ́lẹ̀.

Psalm 6[a]

For the director of music. With stringed instruments. According to sheminith.[b] A psalm of David.

1 Lord, do not rebuke me in your anger(A)
    or discipline me in your wrath.
2 Have mercy on me,(B) Lord, for I am faint;(C)
    heal me,(D) Lord, for my bones are in agony.(E)
3 My soul is in deep anguish.(F)
    How long,(G) Lord, how long?

4 Turn,(H) Lord, and deliver me;
    save me because of your unfailing love.(I)
5 Among the dead no one proclaims your name.
    Who praises you from the grave?(J)

6 I am worn out(K) from my groaning.(L)

All night long I flood my bed with weeping(M)
    and drench my couch with tears.(N)
7 My eyes grow weak(O) with sorrow;
    they fail because of all my foes.

8 Away from me,(P) all you who do evil,(Q)
    for the Lord has heard my weeping.
9 The Lord has heard my cry for mercy;(R)
    the Lord accepts my prayer.
10 All my enemies will be overwhelmed with shame and anguish;(S)
    they will turn back and suddenly be put to shame.(T)
